A New Financial Instrument – the Asset Backed Impact Token (ABIT)
ImpactSoul is a venture foundry launching multiple Asset Backed Impact Tokens (ABITs). ABIT is a new class of digital asset that tokenizes real-world revenue-generating assets and enhances their value by making them the symbol and economic engine of a decentralized self-governing impact community.
Each ABIT is incorporated as its own SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) that fractionalizes a carefully selected asset on behalf of the asset owner and gradually releases tokens into the market based on predefined thresholds of value. A matching DAO community is established for each ABIT entity, funded by the token sales as well as revenue streams from the underlying ABIT asset. As each ABIT community matures and the token value increases, management of the SPV gradually passes from Impact Soul to the DAO.

- Dollar Donation Club (DDC): DDC tackles global challenges by pooling small contributions to drive impactful projects, ensuring measurable results or refunds. With partnerships targeting 1 billion social media users, DDC aims to be the world’s first collective philanthropist for billions, focusing on initiatives like tree planting and ocean plastic removal.

Based on decades of academic research and years of hands-on experience forming and running decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), we’ve developed a new type of community platform – the Relentlessly Positive Community (RPC), that we’re co-launching with XPRIZE, Dollar Donation Club, and other pending NGO partners as well as in our own ABIT communities.

- As an ally to top NGOs, RampRate obtained and managed $3M+ in grant funding to XPRIZE for an alpha version of its community incentivization and reputation system.
- As a strategic tech advisor to top brands such as eBay, CBS, Hearst, Blizzard Entertainment, and more than 100 others, RampRate reduced external tech expenses by 25%, saving clients hundreds of millions of dollars; reduced early termination risk by 99%; and accelerated time to market by 80%, all while creating strategies to reinvest the operational savings into innovation.
- As an accelerator of early-stage startups, RampRate worked with over a dozen blockchain and tokenization projects to convert community enthusiasm and ICO dollars into tangible, enterprise-grade products, with notable successes such as NOIA Networks (now Synternet).
